Supporting a pivot from B2B environmental dashboards to a net-new, API-first developer platform, I led early documentation and competitive audits, then stepped up as interim design lead after a team restructuring. When preview sign-ups landed well below target, I led beta testing that revealed a marketing-to-product gap — evidence that led leadership to pause the platform ahead of a full launch. My insights and resulting work lived on in two other initiatives supporting newer strategic organizational goals.
